Aunty Chopsity


A passionate foodie and a self inspired Chef whose journey started in 1999. As a high school graduate, she worked as a chef in Greendale Study Center of Opus Dei. A Computer Science graduate plus an MBA from two reputable universities in Nigeria. She is a Cisco Certified Network Associate plus several certificates from Rouxbe Online Culinary School. Her passion is to raise industry professionals with international reputation. ‘ Food is my true love’

Chizoba Ani

Business Developer/ Designer

A graduate of Food Science and Technology and a lover of colors. A go-getter who doesn’t stop until she gets the best. As a lover of color, its not just cooking for her but the science behind great culinary adventure to maintain nutrients and color in food……

To her, the plate is just a canvas!

Minika Edem

Head of Admin

An alumni of Chopsity School of Culinary and Hospitality Management. She has great passion for the art. Minika joined the team to become a Sous Chef to Aunty Chopsity. She also doubles as Head of Admin.
Her knowledge as an Education Economist has been a great asset not only as an instructor but also in administration.
